The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g. analytics, or login providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

5. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, accuracy, or suitability for your needs.
  • The App may provide student support session time tracking data, but we are not responsible for the data, but we are not responsible for the accuracy of the data. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tiimli and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
